New Year's 2011 Resolution - To Stay Healthty

How ?

1 - Exercise regularly

2 - 5 spoons of quaker oat everyday

3 - 7 glasses of plain water everyday

4 - Eat my pills everyday

5 - Last but not least .. 5 times prayer everyday ..he he he
